4 raspberries½ oz of vanilla syrup½ oz of lemon juice¼ oz of galliano1 oz of kiwi/strawberry juice1 oz of Bacardi white Rum
In a shaker, put the raspberries and pour the lemon juice and the syrup. Use a muddler to crush this mix and pour the others ingredients. Fill it up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain all the mix out into an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish Idea : add a kiwi wheel on the edge of your glass…
